Our cab fare

The official cab fare is set regularly by the Senator for Housing, Mobility and Urban Development after careful review. The currently valid cab tariff ordinance can be found here. Each passenger trip within the city area is charged as follows since 01 September 2022:

• Minimum fare: 4,60 €
• 1st to 10th kilometer (for each kilometer): 2,50 €
• after the 10th kilometer (for each kilometer): 1,90 €
• Waiting time per hour: 33,00 €

Our fleet

Under our telephone number +49 421 - 14 0 14, more than 410 cabs are on the road for you every day, around the clock. Most of them are comfortable cars of the (upper) middle class.

Upon request, we can also provide you with the following special vehicles:

• Station wagon cabs
  There is no surcharge for station wagon cabs. > more information

• Large-capacity cabs
  For the use of a large capacity cab by more than 4 passengers, a surcharge of € 8.00 will be applied.  > more information

• Recumbent cabs
  An additional fee of 30,00 € will be added for a ride with a couch cab.

• The large capacity cab with ramp is used for transportation sitting in a wheelchair
  When using a large-capacity cab with a ramp, an additional charge (according to the tariff) of approx. 15.00 € will be made. The billing is done according to the taximeter. > more information
